2004 ford f150

hey i got a couple of questions for you guys, i have a 2004 ford f150, it has 100,000 miles on it i have had it for the last 2 years, recently i just put a lift on it and some bigger tires and some other mods but i have been having some problems with it lately, there is a lot of vibration on the front right area of the truck when i am on the interstate going around 65-75 and when i gas it from a stop it shutters and it doesn't speed up like it us to... now i have had all the services done on it and just did the transmission flush, the only thing that i havent done on it yet is replace the spark plugs ( which i am suppose to do at 100,000 ) but am worried about them breaking in the engine, is there anyone out there that has been having the same problems with there trucks? if so or is you have any suggestions let me know please, i would much appreciate it, thanks....

Change the plugs. If they strip, get TimeSerts installed.

If they break, follow the Ford TSB 08-01-09, which is available online as a PDF.

you think that the spark plugs would make the acceleration slow? and i thought that if the spark plugs were acting up then i would get a code or something but i have never had a check engine light on or anything like that...

They could - neither of us will know for sure until you AT LEAST pull a couple out & examine them. The inside back cover of Haynes shows how to read spark plugs.

Plugs burned wide or fouled don't always set codes.
