biggrin 4.2 no power

i got a 97 f150 v6 and it has no power on acceleration ,at idle it sims to be fine but it has no power on drive and or in reverse. changed plugs, wires ,done injectors service and is the same converters are not pluged,firing order i correct,y got 1 pending code for cyl. no3 misfire but the lack off power is wey to mutsh i solved the cylinder problem and still the same this cut be out off timing it has backfires wen acceleratin i think timing gear is out off posotion .wath is your opinion¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿ tanks for yours answers.......................

I have the exact same problem with my '97 4.2 I talk to a buddy and he said the mapping sensor is messed up or the rings are fried.

Tune up would be in order with some descent (platinum) plugs. Get a cylinder pressure test done to be sure you don't have any ring problems.
