4 to 5

I have a 86 short wide, dual tanks, FI 302, XLT Lariat. Real nice truck, great shape. Right now it has a 4 speed in it with granny low gear. I have a T5 out of a fox body Stang. What do I need to do/get to put the T5 in my 86? Truck has low gears in it, at 75 mph the mtotor turns a steady 3800 rpm. I think with overdrive the rpm's would drop and that would be healthier for the engine. Main things I want to know about are bellhousing, clutch, crossmember, driveshaft, and all that. What can I reuse, what needs to be modified, what needs to be replaced. It's a T5 out of a 5.0 Stang, if that makes any difference. Thanks for the help.
