confused 53 ford flatbed fuel pump and info problem

I have a 53 ford flatbed (probably an f600) that I am trying to get running. It definitly needs a fuel pump, and maybe some other parts that come with sitting for 8 years. I may not be able to get a mecanical pump and will have to go with an electric pump, but even then I need the gallons per hour that the engine requires. also any information on this truck (horse power, torque, cubic inchs, ect.) would be usefull. the engine is a inline flat six. so in short, Know any where I can get parts and info? thanks

well big red if you dont even know what size motor you are dealing with you are gunna have to start by doing a little reseach and maybe buy yourself a book if you can find one.
53 is a little before my time and i cant help much but i would almost garantee any electric pump you buy will feed an inline 6 and i dont think they made much over 200 hp on a good day.
