confused '81 351W has spark-fuel-new ICM-new starter-no start

Every plug sparks, some blue, some orange. The coil is kind of okay, at least.
Just put in a new Ignition Control Module. The starter was bad, so I replaced it.
I can smell fuel. It's getting in there.

This van ran last summer, until it randomly decided to have a no-spark situation.
It's been sitting since and I thought I'd get it running.

Freshly machined heads, proper top-end, good compression all across.
This thing used to run as it sits now until it died at the end of the driveway.

It has a new distributor/plug set as well.

How come some plugs spark orange? Ahhh any help is appreciated! Thanks

And put a new coil on it. Just because it has spark doesnt mean it has enough.
