91 5.0 Ho Into 90 F150 5.0

Ok i got a 90 f150 automatic with a 5.0 in it. i already have a totaled 91 mustang gt automatic. i want to put the motor and hopefully the tranny in it. ive read quite a bit bought mass air flow swaps but nuthing tells me really how to do it with a complete donor car. im a pretty descent mechanic and im ok around wiring. so any help advise links anything would be helpfull. should i just leave it speed density and and add some of the ho's stuff? thanks a bunch
