eek 93 F-150 Transmission/Differential

When I put the truck into 4-Lo and drive or over drive it feels like it has no pull or power, feels like its slipping or something. But when I put it in reverse evverything grabs great and pulls hard. I tried leaving the front hubs unlocked and doing it and same problem. If I give it gaswhile going forward it pretty much just sits there but in reverse it throws you back like it should. Any suggestions, other than a new truck? lol
