'95 F-150 broken front spring cup ??s

So,
I have a 95 F-150 ext cab and the spring cup on the frame seems to be damaged somehow. It would appear that it is riveted in place.

So, if I use a grinder and/or air chisel to get this thing off, how the heck are you supposed to get a new one back in place?

Somebody at a junkyard told me that it can be bolted into place, but I am not seeing it...

(I am not comfortable welding)

Any tips, tricks would be appreciated.
