95 F150 4X4 Stuck in Low Range

I have a auto trany and a manual shift 4x4. 4X4 shifter for a long time has been very hard to move. So last night i needed to 4X4 and when I moved the shifter it snaped and became very loose. When this happened the 4X4 went in to low range and now I can't get it out. I checked under the truck and bracket that holds the shifter was broke. Is there any way to get the truck out of low range so that I can get it to my buddy's house for repair?

The truck need to be in Natural to shift out of 4x4 low. I am pretty sure it will need to be running to make it happen. Good Luck
