97 F150 5.4L exhaust leak
I have an 1997,5.4.L, F150 with an exaust leak at the manifold & down pipes (both sides) connection, the welded studs in the manifold completly decinagraded. I was able to drill & tap (tough job) for new bolts and this stoped the leaks ,for a while. I've herd that someone makes a two peice clamp for headers with this problem. One peice sits on the manifold ear & the other comes up underneeth the flange & three bolts pulls it all together.The problem is I cannot find these clamps anywhere. Dose anyone know of these clamps or any fix for this problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
