The wiper switch is not working properly. The delay function does not work. I have to jiggle the turn signal arm to get normal and fast speed to work. Sometimes the fast speed comes on when normal speed is turned on.

First, is there a simple way to remove the turn signal arm? Second, could it be something other than the turn signal arm?

My 97 has similar problems. Sometimes when you bump the switch arm it just starts in fast and you have to rotate it several times between off and fast to get it to stop.

Somebody help this guy out so I learn the answer also,
