Buckin ford

2003 F-150 with a 4.6litre. When driving down the highway the truck seems to have a sudden jerk.It idles funny at times when still in gear.I changed plugs, egr valve, exhaust system, fuel filter, air filter, had it on computer and no codes come up. I have 200k kms on the truck and always kept it maintained but now I'm stumped, any Suggestions?

Re: Buckin ford

Hook a fuel pressure guage to it and monitor the pressure. It is fuel pump season! Our dealership got slammed with fuel pump problems. Usually happens this time of year with the fuel blends changing for winter.
