Engine differences between 2004 6.0 engine versus the 2003 6.0 engine

I need some help! Can anyone give me any details regarding the changes in the 2004 6.0 diesel, versus the 2003 6.0 diesel?

The Ford dealership where I bought my 2004 F250 with the 2003 6.0 engine are asking the same questions.

Thanks,
Wayne

Re: Engine differences between 2004 6.0 engine versus the 2003 6.0 engine

Since no one else has replied, i did some searching for you (on Google).

So far i have found this- (note: this probably wont answer your question but its just general info that either you or someone else can make comment about which hopefully can help. )

-I found that there were hardly any reports of problems with 6.0 Diesels after around April 2003 when they replaced the C94 injectors with C95 injectors. Chevy had the same problems with there injectors with 2002 models.
-There were also problems with the ICP (Injection control Pressure) sensor in which the 2004 model they changed the position of this sensor. This is also in relation to the injectors. The ICP controls the rail pressure for the injectors.

Sorry i'll have to post more later, i'll also have to do some more searching.
