confused F-150 P174 Code

[color=DarkRed]On a 1996 f-150 with the I-6 I am getting a P0174 code-bank 2 lean condition. Al o2 sensors have been replaced twice, as has the mass air sensor. The truck has 188,000 miles on it.

Any ideas as to what causes the Check Engine light condtion? Why does the computer say lean condition on bank 2 if the sensor has been replaced?

Help would be appreciated.
