F150 99' Remote start Install Question?
Anyone install their own remote start (instead of paying someone to do it)? I was wondering how hard it was to do? I JUST bought a 99 f150 Supercrew last night. My older truck had one, and I miss the remote start. I have plenty of experience with electronics/electrical equipment, but not a whole lot with cars. Ive done a few car stereos also, but never messed around with the computer, steering column, ignition switchs and such. I have a wiring schematic from the12volt.com
