frown Ford F-150 shifter
Need some assistance in pinpointing the cause of my problem.

After I start my truck, it takes me a few minutes to shift it into gear.

Is this a brake switch problem?

After I insert the key into the ignition, I pull the shifter forward and then start the truck and this works as a temporary fix.

Any suggestions?
