confused Gas Miliage !

I have a 2007 F-150 FX4 and I was wandering if any one knows of anything that you can do to increase the Fuel Miliage on it? It has the 5.4 liter engine with the 3 valves per cylinder in it. I have already put a AirRad filter Kit in it and it has not seemed to help in fact I think it may have decreased the fuel MPG..

Re: Gas Miliage !

there are a couple of things you can do to help. use cruise control as much as you can use 87 octane gas make sure your tires stay the same size as original no harsh acceleration this should help a little bit i follow these requirements and i get 17-20mpg
