actally that sounds a little more like a worn hinge pin but you can adjust the door up a little to compensate.
put a floor jack under the open door with a towel or something on the saddle.
bring the saddle up till it meets the door and then go a little to take a small amount of weight off the door.
then loosen the hinges slightly and raise the door just a smidge more and retighten the bolts.
go easy because you are only compensating for 1 cm.
