Having Seat problems with '02 F-150

My 2002 F-150 XLT supercab with 60/40 split bench was purchased only about a month ago and I've started to notice that my driver's seat does this annoying popping thing when I rest my back into the seat. It happens mostly when i accelerate, my back get pushed back and the seat seems to have a plastic sounding panel that buckles and makes a popping noise. It seems to actually make my back ache a little after much of this. Has anybody else had this? I have tested the passenger seat and it does not do it. I am wondering if this is something I could take back to the dealer and ask about.

thanks
