hello guys
hi guys i have been reading the diff threads and find that most of you guys really know your S@*# so i just had to register and see if anybody could help me with a persistant problem i have.
i havent stepped up to the modern equipment yet and i still run a carberated 351w that i have worked over pretty hard.
im talkin the usual stuff .
bored .030 over
balanced crank
lightened rods
aftermarket windsor jr heads (ported)
a load of other little things.
so i hope you guys still remember this old stuff.
my problem is i have the duraspark ignition running because my msd box quit on me and with out it i have very irradic mis firing.
i want to get the missing figured out before i put back on a msd because they tend to cover up little problems like mine.
my wires are good , plugs good , rotor and dist cap good and i even tried a diff supercoil.
are my only other options the mag pickup in the dist or am i forgetting somethin.
