89'F150 6 inline, is there a horn relay, and where would this little item be located,under dash? fire wall?please give me a location.

Big 1, thanks for your help again, I looked on the right side. The relay is missing . It's a pig tail with 4 prongs, and a singleprong. HI HO to the ford dealer I go. While looking around I noticed a broken vac line that runs from a unit that sits above the alt. I think it's a smog pump thing-a-ma-jig, with a felt type of breather. That line goes under the intake, what does it hook up to? Any idea ?
