Re: i need major help

have you checked the fuel pressure B4 you start & after it stalls,
how about another fuel pump,

if you a have another fuel pump, may be try using a fuel from a jerry can,
jerry -> new peice hose -> alt fuel pump -> new hose -> fuel rail.

Also are the spark plugs REALLY wet with fuel??, if so they wont start, I have had a problem with a faulty temp sensor, causing the ecu to flood the car on cranking.

So you may have to dry the spark plugs if they keep getting flooded - or test using 2 sets

cool Re: i need major help

clogged fuel filter?? Did you try disconnecting the fuel line between the fuel filter and engine turn key for ten secs i think you should get about 1/3 of a pint of fuel coming through. How was your truck acting before it died ? Was the fuel pump making a winning noise and the truck was acting like it was running out of fuel? I have an 1987 F-150, 4.9, 2wd and i have fuel pump that ready to die. Double check that you got the right replacement part, it happens.
hi everyone iam new to this site.
