frown Keypad Code?

I recently purchased a USED 2004 F150 with drivers side keypad entry system. I do not have the factory set code. I've looked at various locations under the dash, behind the fusebox. Does anyone know where the code is located? Please don't advise me to take it to a dealer because they want to charge me $80.00 to obtain the code. I know its on a sticker somewhere inside the vehicle. Somebody tell me where. Thanks....

biggrin Re: Keypad Code?

I just purchased a '01 150 Supercrew and was in the same boat as you are. Found out the security module for the keyless entry is located above the drivers side kickpanel under the dash. It has a sticker on it with the factory setting. This should work so long as no one has reprogrammed the code to suit their needs.
