Leaky valve covers

I need to replace the valve cover gaskets on my 1994 F150 5.0L/302. Does anyone have any helpful hints before I venture where I have never gone.... The intake manifold looks kind of intimidating.

Re: Leaky valve covers

You have to remove the upper intake to do the job. It is not hard to do, but there is a hidden Torx bolt near the center of the plenumn that is a pain.
