Looking at an '87 F150

I'm looking at a co-workers F150. Its an 87 Six/4spdM shortbed.
He claims its straight ,minor dents, no rust.
He also says it needs a tune-up. Plugs cap and rotor are no problem. I'm concerned with the injection system. What should I expect regarding cleaning the injectors, or are they a replace only item. Cost per injector approx?
An input on the 87 6cyl would be welcome.

I would say about 50$ to get the injecotrs clean.

As for the 300 I6, it is a Tough-as-nails engine, with awsome low end torque, makeing 265LBFT@2000RPM, it will eaisly outpull a 302.
