Question Looking for VIN Data

Just bought a 1995 F150 SC XL and want to find a source to decipher my VIN. I went to carfax and know its history, now would like to find out a little more. The vin is 1FTEX15N6SKB12417 . Any sources on-line where this can be spelled out for me? I have been looking but no luck.

Here goes:

1FT - Word Manufacturer Identifier Code - in this instance Ford Motor Company USA, completed vehicle

E - the vehicle gross weight rating (and E isn't in my code sheet)

X15 - model code in this case F150 Super Cab

N - Engine code

6 - is a check digit

S - manufacturing plant - Allen Park, Michigan

K - ??

B12417 - Serial number

There is also a secondary label or plate that lists the option. paint and trim codes.

Hope this helps.

The color code is YZ 52 It is all white with a blue interior

Truck was built 1/95

The MB is 139..............?
The Trans is U.............? Automatic I assume
The axle is 19..............?
The springs are KG......?

BTW. Is there an easy way to see if it has the trailer towing package also?

YZ is Oxford White
52 is leather in medium graphite
139 is the wheelbase in inches
U is indeed the automatic trans
19 isn't on my list of axle codes
K is the front spring code which is TA
G is the rear spring code which is EG

Not sure about the trailer pack - there should also be a couple of other codes that deal with the radio type and the braking system.

Cheers
Russ
