Master cyl to Slave cyl fitting

I have an 89 F150 with the 300ci engine, and the Mazda 5 speed. i just did a clutch change and noticed that that clutch line fitting that goes into the slave cylinder is completely corroded, and it wont fit into the new slave cylinder i put on, so how do i get a new fitting on that line. do i need to buy a new master cylinder and is the fitting part of the master cylinder?
