More Power from my 4.2L

So before i start i gotta say its a V-6 and i know if i wanted power i should have gone with something a little more meaty....but thats a decision i learned from and will not make again. I have a 2001 F-150 with the 4.2L V-6 i have the K&N cold air intake, the TBS, and the headers and exhaust already installed But I still need more power. does anyone out there know of any other mods i can do without breaking my bank? im thinking new Throttle Body, new Mass Air Flow sensor, and new programmer/chip. Has anyone else had trouble finding these items for this engine?

Re: More Power from my 4.2L

That would be great. Have them and get them in place. I’m also going to do some modification with my brother’s car. We’re going to get a Ford Cold Air Intake installed by tomorrow. It would surely go wild.
