Motor Oil in brake System

Can anyone tell me what damage motor oil will do to a modern anti-lock brake system? I know someone who took their 2007 F-150 king ranch in for a brake job. Brake fluid was flushed from the sytem with fresh fluid, except that the new fluid was motor oil. Brakes failed, vehicle towed back in. Just a repair, a flush, or does the entire brake system need to be replaced?
