officerbill Registered User Join Date: Jul 2004 Posts: 2	oil pan replacement I just bought a '93 F-150, I6, 5 sp, 2 WD. The oil pan is banged up & rusty. I would like to replace it, but there doesn't appear to be much room to remove it. Just how difficult is it to swap out the oil pan?

89F150 Join Date: May 2003 Location: Albury, NSW Posts: 1,012	Re: oil pan replacement You need to lift up the motor to actually replace it. So maybe take it to your local mechanic if you havn't got the right equipment to lift the motor.
