1978bogger Doozer Join Date: Sep 2009 Location: Nedrow, NY Age: 25 Posts: 1	Overcharge I have a 78 f150 with a 400 in it. i put a new alt in it and a new voltage regulator in it. when it idols its pushin about 13 volts, but when i hit the gas it jumps right up to 17/18. any suggestions? thanks
