I have a 1993 F-150 XLT 300 6 cylinder, and I can't find the
pvc valve.

its the big black round thing on the valve cover toward the front(its the only thing connected to the valve cover, about 2, maybe 2-1/2" dia. w/ a hose going to the air filter box. this pcv valve is a bit bigger than most, thats prob. why your looking past it. (p.s. dont forget the little crankcase air filter inside the box, under the air filter)
