Hi guys,

I'm quite new to the truck game. Recently been bit by the RV bug. I've been shopping for an F250 diesel but came accross an F350 Super Duty King Ranch. It's an 03 with 12,000 miles on it. Complete with everything, there basically is not a single option that can be added because it already has everything. They are asking 39,000 + tax.

What do you think, good deal?

the blue book value of that model ranges from $18,000 to $26,000 although with only 12,000 miles it is still fairly new.
i am sure the dealers want top dollar.
i personally would not pay $13,000 over the blue book value of any truck.
i would tell them they want about $8000 to much for it so i am gunna look elswhere and see if they bite !

Hi, thanks for the reply. I guess I should have been a little more specifice. This is the F350 SD Crew Cab King Ranch. Its got the 6.0L Diesel and 5 speed automatic, full upgraded leather package, power everything, power sliding sun roof and adjustable pedals. Complete with command start, spray in box liner, 4x4.

I ran the blue book pricing online (www.kbb.com) and came up with a price of $42,500. I've been able to get him down to 36,500 + gst.

Yum. I would snap it up. I would make a condition that the injectors are cleaned or replaced.

Not a cheap item to replace. Personally I would rather have the 7.3, but that isjust me.

oh yes details do help in this situation,
sounds like a good deal if you got $36,000.
