Question it's me agaian

here is another good one for you guys do any of you know how much total advance and how much vacuum advance is acceptable because i had my distributor recurved when the motor was just a little more than stock but since then have done just about everything to it and i feel i am getting way to much timing advance for the compression i have now.
how does 195 psi cranking compression sound to ya
good ,
bad ,
or ugly ?
oh did i mention i was according to the machine shop, supposed to have around 10:1 compression with the 58 cc heads i put on.
let me know what you think, guys

The cylinder psi sound's about right.
You want about 38 degree's of total timing if it's for a street driven car, with around 14 degree's initial timing the rest made up by the advance. Total timing should all be in by 3000rpm.
