Semi truck filler?

Does anybody know if there is something you can do to be able to use the semi truck filler in our f-350? We do alot of towing and it sometimes can be very hard to find a station with car fillers when getting diesel. Any suggestions would be helpful.
Thanks

Yes, the filler nozle on the pump used to refuel semis is too large to fit in my tank.... But I have seen other trucks like mine that have been able to use it..... I just don't know what mods need to be done to do so.
Thanks

I'm not positive, but perhaps you could find a wide mouth filler from a salvage vehicle that would inter change.
