Throttle Positioning Switch...???

Alright I have a 2000 white F-150. Well I went to start it and it would crank perfectly, like usual. But then when it would just suddenly die. I was told it was the Throttle Positioning Switch, so I bought one. But I have absolutely no clue where it's located. I'm hoping it's nothing to hard to install. Any pictures or explanations or even write-ups would be great. Thanks
