timing woes
hey thanks big 1 that deffinetly gives me somewhere to start because without checking it physically i already know that i have around 55 degrees of total timing and it comes in about 2400 rpm.
i did set the vacuum advance to only add 10 degrees because it was well over 60 before and the vacuum was adding like 15 degrees to my 14-15 initial.
but then i still have the mechanical value to factor in.
if i get the chance ill throw a light on it tonight and get some real numbers.
and the other thing is you dont think 195 psi is too high for a static compression on a daily driver pump gas vehicle.
i thought it was about 20 psi higher than it should be.
