i ve got a 1979 ford 150 with a 351 w and its got comperesion spark it even starts up with out a problem but if i let off the starter it will die no matter what i do if anyone knows anything that can elp me PLEASE do so.ps i broke the key off so i punched out the ignition and got a little to horny doin it and i broke the casing switch could this be my problem?and all the power is were it should be,so if you have advice or no were i can get wiring diagram please tell me thanks.

Sounds like ignition switch problems your losing power when you let off switch, your probaly going to have to put a new switch in it.
