Truck bouncing when slowing

I have a 99 F150 with 136000 miles on it. I had new tires installed on it a few months ago and the man told me the back rims were bent. I started noticing a vibration in the rear end and when I slowed down the back end would bounce a little as I slowed down through about 40mph. I put new rims on the back today and the vibration is gone but when I slow down it still does the same thing. Could warped Drums cause it to bounce at certain speeds or would it do it all the time? Anyone have any ideas?

Warped drums may be what you are feeling. Good place to start.

Higher speeds would be more noticeable when braking.
