I got a 1993 Ford F150. Plain and simple this morning (its 5 on the floor) I put it in reverse and it started stalling but only for a second the check engine light came on then on the road I was in 4 th gear goin 45 mph and the engine just turned off again for a second the light came on and then it started up again. If anyone has any information on why this is happenin I would really appreciate it
Sounds like either the coil is dying, the PIP circuit is shorting, or the EEC PWR relay is going bad. Swap the relay with the horn, buy a Haynes manual & a cheap digital multimeter, and read this:
