Just going over my cooling system after installing the water pump and i get to my radiator.
There are two pipes coming out of the top of my radiator where the filler neck is. (should i have two?) Which one of these does my overflow pipe attach to. One comes out where the base of the rad cap sits and the other is a bit lower.
i am not sure what the 2 pipes are for but the overflow tank deffinetly goes to the one right on the base of the rad cap.
if you want take a pic and let me see them both !

You should only have one large pipe that alows the hot water go into the top of the radiator, underneath the radiator filler neck is a small overflow outlet the lets the water escape into the overflow bottle. There could also be another 2 outlets down the side for auto trans cooling
Yeah ive only got the one large one up top but i have two little ones underneath the filler neck. I have no other pipes down the side. I will take pics.
yea show me some pics because your confusing me 89.
a rad will either have 4 or 5 holes total.
1.one for overflow
2.one for hot water in
3.cooled water out
4.tranny cooler hot going in
5.cooled line to tranny
