Hey guys im looking for some twin pully's for my alternator and fan, heard they came on the F100 six cylinder???? is this correct, and would anyone have a set?

what exactly do you mean by twin pulley's ?
and what are you looking to do with these twin pulley's ?
the F-150 also used a dual groove pulley on the alternater with their V-belt setups in the mid to early 80's before they went to fuel injection and serpentines.
they were used to drive the alternater and inturn drove the smog pump from the second groove.

i dont recall ever seeing a dual groove pulley on the water pump because the fan is bolted directly to it.
