wheel lift need help 7.3 diesel

need to know why no pressor on cylinders to lift a car i bled the system and there are no leaks.the lift goes up and down until i put a car on ,wont lift the car please help this is my business towing.

I am sorry, but I do not understand the question. Is this a tow truck? Are you referring to hydrolic pressure?
