I was hoping someone would have a sticky or give me a step-by-step on how to remove and replace the passenger headlamp assy on my 08 E350. I just received the part in the mail. The thing is huge! Not cheap either. I got a deal though. New @ $147. Couldn't find anything cheaper! Any help is appreciated.

Follow the below steps to replace the passenger headlamp on Ford E-350:

1) Turn the headlight switch off. Open the hood. Remove the two retaining screws on the upper side of the plastic headlight trim surround with a screwdriver. Remove the trim surround.

2) Remove the four retaining screws from the metal headlight bulb retaining ring with a screwdriver and remove the ring.

3) Pull the bulb straight out of the housing. Pull the wiring connector off of the back of the bulb. Push the connector onto the prongs on the back of a new sealed beam bulb until it is fully seated.

4) Push the bulb into the headlight housing. Hold the metal retaining ring into place while affixing the screws with a screwdriver. Now, replace the plastic trim surround and tighten the two retaining screws with a Phillips screwdriver. Close the hood. Hope this helps.
