1978 Ford Econoline 250 Engine compatibility

Hi, I have a 1978 Ford Econoline 250.
The engine is 351 V8 I am not sure if it is 5.7 or not. Carburetor for sure.
It has automatic transmission.

My question is: what kind of trucks and vans that this engine and transmission can fit in? and what years?

I just put lots of money on this engine and transmission at the shop to get them fixed and run awesome but the whole van was totaled due to a sever accident and I hate the fact that this engine is going to be scraped if i don't find a good truck body (may be a classic one?) and put it in or whatever.

I have access to a junk yard that has some trucks with decent body (but old) that I can get for $300 or a little bit more and drop the engine and transmission in.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks in advance.

You can search here, by putting your old van in the search, then see what kind of vehicles come up. Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market

Thanks Bert, I have tried it but it doesn't have "econoline". It has everything else though LOL.
It looks like it is a company that has lots of junked vehicles, so the search is going to be within what they have only. It didn't work, but thanks Bert, I appreciate it.

Econoline is under "Van". It's not a company, it's links to all of the wrecking yards in the U.S.
