1999 e-250 van

i have a 1999 ford e-250 and the fuse for the brake pressure switch, multi-function switch ( hazards), rabs, brake pedal position switch. this is also fuse number 11 keeps blowing and i have no brake lights. any ideas please

If I am remembering correctly, the 98-99 had a problem with wire chaffing near the rear light's that caused a dead short. Check the wiring in this area.
