Hi everyone, never posted here before. I have a 2002 E 450 Super Duty Cube Van with a 7.3 L Powerstroke in it.

The blower motor for the A/C just quit the other day. It won't blow anything. Checked fuses and stuff, they seem ok.

I want to know if they are hard to change themselves?? Could i pull this off? Or does it take 3 hours just to get to it?? hahaha

The truck is well maintained and has 405,000 KM on it.

It's located behind the battery on the passenger side. You have to remove the battery and the battery tray to get to it. Not too bad of a job.

Besides the blower motor going bad Ecolines also like to smoke the blower motor switch and the connector on the dash. Seen it a few times easy repair

Check the blower motor switch & harness (most likely burnt), if so the dealer has the harness and switch. You most likely will have to change: switch, harness, resistor & motor.
