door panel removal 2000 e350
i am trying to change out factory door speakers but cant seem to remove the panels. found one screw on bottom rear but nothing else. door handle? window crank(no power)? any helpful advice would be appreciated. thanks

I have done this, however mine is a 1995. Have you removed the armrest? When you are sure everything is removed you must lift the panel it is resting on plastic hooks on the backside.
