E-250 transmission overdrive problems

Hi,
I have been stuck on this for a very long time now. so my E-250 has been having some issues when in overdrive going at about 45-50 mph the whole van shakes as if you would run over a 2 inch high rock over and over. when i disconnect the Throttle Position Sensor this problem disappears completely. I ran the dynoscan on the laptop and it marks the sensor to be 100% ok. i have change the oxygen sensors on both banks thinking it would be that but it wasn't i have been battling this issue for the past six months can anyone give me any suggestions?
Thanks in advance,
Fernando.

Re: E-250 transmission overdrive problems

If you lock it out of overdrive, do you have any issues? Also, what it's year, I know in the mid-nineties, Ford had an issue with the overdrives.
