I am looking at an 1998 E-350 with a plumbing bed on it with only 50,000 verified miles on it. it is in excelent shape is $11,000 a good price?

also it has manual locks and windows, is there a way to electrify them?

can i put an alarm on it with remote start and ignition shut off?

Can't say about the price but the other modifications can be done. They won't be as good as OEM but they'll work. We've done some on our fleet vehicles at times and the power windows were overused and had to be replaced. The locks worked great. We used them from Micro-Alarm. They even carry remote start systems.
